Coffee~Tea & Me – a Grief Support group

This is a grief support group sponsored by Stephen Ministry.  We meet every first and third Thursday of each month in the Trinity Library.  Anyone who has experienced a recent loss and who feels they would benefit from such a support group is welcome to come!

Our discussions are casual and everyone is free to come and go to meetings, as it best suits their individual needs.  The process for grieving is different for each person and the time it takes to heal is also unique to the individual.
