Risk Taking Mission and Service
5 Practices - Risk-Taking Mission and Service

“The King will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me."

Matthew 25:40

missionsRisk-taking Mission and Service is about denying ourselves, as Jesus put it, and putting Christ above ourselves. That takes us out of our comfort zones and puts us in the way where life may be more difficult, not easier.  God calls us to step up…and it’s not really a linear thing. For some, the hands-on may be easy, but the praying doesn’t come easy. Some may be immersed in volunteering here and there and everywhere, but they cannot bring themselves to part with any of their cash. Whatever it is, God is calling you to step up. Whatever you do, God can use you.  Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone? We have many areas that could use your help!
