Trinity offers several Adult Sunday School classes to meet the needs of our members, visitors, and guests. All are open to anyone who wishes to attend. Be prepared to expierence a friendly, welcoming, and God filled event, where all you need are an open mind, heart and ears!
Sunday School 101

Sunday School 101 is primarily for the seeking Christian of any age. We study a variety of topics (which are chosen by class members) in short-term classes (generally 6-12 weeks). Some topics that we have studied in the class are: Angels, Christianity for Dummies, The Revelation to John, The Parables of Dr. Seuss, and moments that take your breath away. We respect all opinions, but the primary focus of the class will always return to the fact that Christ is our Savior and died for our sins so that we might have eternal life. We believe that our main goal in life should be to spread this Good News to all.

This class is an interactive Sunday School class that uses the Cokesbury Adult Bible Studies materials, the Holy Bible and our United Methodist Hymnal as resources. Class members seek to find practical applications of scripture for contemporary Christian living. The class observes an informal, participatory format. Visitors are welcome.

This class uses a lecture/discussion mix,using the International Series of Adult Bible Studies, the KJV (King James Version) Standard Lesson Commentary and a Current Event feature called “In the World” topic guide that connects the lesson to recent headlines and what the Bible says about them. This class uses material that challenges and encourages the study of Scripture and to help increase service that is acceptable to the Lord. (Ages are in the 60 – 80’s range.)

“Salt ‘n Light” is the name of the Adult Sunday School class that meets at 11:00AM in room 211/212 on the second floor of the Education Building. We are going to align our studies with each Sunday's sermons and spend some time praying for concerns in our community of faith. Come and join this group as we seek to be “salt and light” (Matthew 5:13-17) in the world.

Open to all adults.
Teaching materials include the Bible, videos, historical texts and materials on contemporary issues. The class is built around open and lively discussion of above materials. As the name indicates, this class believes in being doers, not only hearers. Doers includes couples and singles in the 60’s and higher age group. Although this class includes long time Trinity members, the majority are more recent arrivals to the area.
